Seal-Tite is a one-part, pourable, self-leveling, 100% solids, urethane sealant. It is designed to provide a high-performance, elastic, weather-resistant, durable seal to protect pitch pans against water entry. Seal-Tite is intended to flow and fill every irregularity in the pitch pan. Since it is 100% solids, it will not shrink as it ages. With outstanding elongation and recovery properties, this product provides a long-term, flexible seal that readily resists UV, ozone, and moisture.
