KEE-Lock Water Cut-Off Mastic Sealant is an adhesive used in Garland’s KEE-Stone FB60 fleece back roofing system. Once flashing accessories (boots, corners, covers, etc.) are installed and the bases heat welded, KEE-Lock Water Cut-Off Sealant is applied at the perimeter to help prevent any water intrusion where scrim reinforcement is exposed. The sealant is a single-component product containing zero volatile contents and bonds well to many types of coated metal, metal flashing details, concrete, brickwork, lumber, coal tar, modified bitumen, many plastics, stone, aluminum, steel, ceramics, Styrofoam, glass, EDPM, PVC, and BUR. A small test area should be completed to confirm adhesion.
