KEE-Stone® Utility Roll

  • Unique Formulation
  • Permanent Flexibility
  • Chemical Resistance

KEE-Stone Utility Roll is a 60-mil, six-inch wide, unreinforced thermoplastic membrane enhanced with Dow ELVALOY™ HP. This unique Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE) formula creates a material with superior flexibility. The backside of the roll is smooth for easy heat welding installation for field detailing of penetrations. KEE-Stone Utility Roll is designed as the stripping ply to cover a seam in the KEE-Stone Flashing system and KEE-Stone membrane system. It can also be used to field wrap unusual penetrations where a pre-molded accessory will not work.

Features

Unique Formulation

KEE-Stone’s unique KEE and Elvaloy™ HP formula enhances the performance of standard PVC by making it permanently flexible and locking in the oils to prevent the material from drying out and cracking.

Permanent Flexibility

KEE-Stone’s unique KEE compound provides remarkable elongation and unmatched low-temperature flexibility in warm and cold climates. Maintaining low-temperature flexibility down to -40°F (-40°C), KEE-Stone Utility Roll can withstand even the harshest stresses associated with thermal shock and adjust to those stresses without cracking, splitting, or crazing.

Chemical Resistance

The strength of the KEE-Stone formula provides extensive chemical resistance properties even in the presence of common rooftop culprits like animal fats, acids, oils, greases, etc.
