Method | Description |

Brush | Apply Wet-Cote directly from the container by brushing over the suspected leak area. Do not thin the material. If Wet-Cote thickens due to cold temperature, place the container in a heated room until it stirs readily. After brooming Wet-Cote into place, spread new gravel or minerals into the wet coating. |

Wet-Cote will repair and restore the waterproofing capabilities of the existing flood coat and will add a protection layer to asphalt-based roof systems keeping your building watertight until the next roofing system.
Due to Wet-Cote's cold-process and pourable formulation, the material can be installed with squeegees instead of hot kettles and bulky mops and mop carts. This makes the job site safer and can lead to a quicker installation, making it easy for facility maintenance workers.
Wet-Cote coupled with new gravel will temporarily extend the life of your roofing system and improve your roof's appearance until repaired or replaced properly.
