For building manager Jim Brodbine, the challenge was clear. After moving into an approximately 40-year old factory building and leading significant interior upgrades to create a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, he recognized that those investments were at risk beneath a roof that had never been upgraded.
Brodbine engaged Garland North Shore Territory Manager Rob Verreault to conduct a detailed site assessment and identify a path forward that could restore the roof without disrupting operations.
